We left the rainy, cold island of Kodiak on Tuesday afternoon. Five kids, three dogs, one bird. The cat went missing while we were in the RV park, but we have friends who are keeping their eyes open for him.
Thank you to all who braved the weather to come out and say good-bye to us. We are so appreciative of all of the gifts and goodies. *sniff, sniff*
Our first night on the M/V Kennicot was rocking and rolling. Michael and Allen say they slept great; Jessi said it was horrible. I'd used a motion sickness patch which worked well, except that I had an extreme case of the blurred vision side effect.
